Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Hello Unidata Community, Do you know anyone who has been actively involved and helpful to you and other Unidata members? Those who volunteer to assist others, contribute software, or make suggestions that are generally useful for the community? Why not take a few minutes to submit a nomination for the Russell L. DeSouza Award for Outstanding Community Service? It won't take long and could be very meaningful to the recipient, who will be selected by the Unidata Users Committee. To nominate someone for the award, please use the nomination form. Nominations must be received no later than 15 March 2023 to be considered for this year's honor. The Unidata Users Committee will review the nominations and select the recipient, who will be invited to receive the award at a future meeting of the Users Committee in Boulder, Colorado. Honorees are asked to give a presentation on their experiences with and use of Unidata data and tools or on any topic of interest and concern to the broad Unidata community. For additional information about the DeSouza Award and list of previous recipients, please see: DeSouza Award Thank you!
