Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Hello Unidata community -- In case you missed it -- here's a wrap-up of what's been going on at the Unidata Program Center in May: May 2015 Unidata Update <http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/blogs/news/entry/unidata_update_may_2015> Quick overview: - GIS tutorials for the atmospheric sciences, from NCAR - NAVGEM model output, from HIWPP - 2015 Unidata community equipment award winners - NetCDF-Java/CDM version 4.6.1 - MetPy: An Open Source Python Toolkit for Meteorology Note also that you can still register for the 2015 Unidata Users Workshop <http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/events/2015UsersWorkshop/>, which is being held in Boulder June 22-25. While we've passed the date when Unidata can guarantee that a room will be available at the workshop hotel, if space is available we may be able to accommodate late lodging requests. If you're in the area anyway or can arrange your own lodging, we'd love to have you join us. Registration is also open for this year's Software Training Workshop <http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/events/2015TrainingWorkshop/>, As always, we'd love to share information about what you're doing with the Unidata community.
