NCEP is pleased to announce the first edition of NCEP's online
Newsletter, which will appear on a quarterly basis. The newsletter,
suggested as a result of the UCAR Review of NCEP, will be distributed
via email to NCEP customers and partners to keep them apprised of the
breadth of NCEP activities.
