[cf-satellite] Use of grid mappings

Folks:

I am analyzing how to use CF metadata conventions for imagery of the Sun.  All 
the current "grid mappings" are for earth projections.  Does it make sense to 
add grid mappings for projections of the Sun (and potentially other non-earth 
projections for space environment products) ?
