Hi all,

Some good news, finally!

Our EDEX server is back online (edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu).
It is probably best to clear caveData
<https://unidata.github.io/awips2/appendix/common-problems/#removing-cavedata>,
then restart CAVE.

We would like to state that we're not entirely sure if we've made it past
all the bugs and issues from our cloud provider.  So, please let us know if
you're experiencing any weird behavior.
