Greetings. On Fedora 35, I tried to install awips2-cave (from https://unidata.ucar.edu/repos/yum/el7-20210712), but got : nothing provides libg2c.so.0 Fedora ships w/ f2c-libs, so maybe there is a way to use that ? Or ... better : is it possible to install java, openjfx, python3-jep, etc from Fedora repos and just add the awips (compiled) plugins / jar files ? It looks like the windows install is kind of like that. Or the developer install. Fedora has java11 by default, but also has java8. The default python is 3.10, but also has 3.9 ... 3.6. Is it possible to do incrementally : get the core working and then add various plugins ? FYI, this is for educational purposes. Thanks !
