For those running an EDEX of their own, for now GLM netCDF data are in the
DIFAX feed, which will be renamed SATELLITE in the future.

ldmd.conf:

REQUEST DIFAX ".GLM." idd.unidata.ucar.edu

pqact.conf:

DIFAX   ^/data/cspp-geo/GRB-R/OR_GLM-L2-([^/]*).nc
        FILE    -close -edex -log
        /awips2/data_store/goesr-glm/OR_GLM-L2-\1.nc


decode notifications will be in edex-ingest-YYYYMMDD.log:
