I have been encountering an issue with a new fresh install of 16.2.2 with
GFESuite not activating a site which is preventing EDEX from fully starting
up. It continues to say the following:

INFO  2016-12-08 06:29:45,625 [EDEXMain] Executor: Waiting for async
startup dependencies to complete...

INFO  2016-12-08 06:29:54,294 [pool-2-thread-1] GFESiteActivation: EDEX -
Activation task in progress by another EDEX instance.  Waiting..


Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a known fix for this?
