Support Process by Project

The developers of each project (software package) tend to use a different support processes. The purpose of these graphs are to illustrate:

  1. the amount of time spent doing support using different venues/avenues per project; and
  2. there are different venues/avenues to provide support (some of which are difficult to glean metrics data from).
