NetCDF-Java version 4.2.22

The NetCDF-Java/CDM library version 4.2.22 was released on March 10, 2011. The latest update can be downloaded from the NetCDF Java Library page at https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/. This is mostly a bug fix release, and we encourage you to switch to using it for all your work.
