IDV 7.0

The Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) version 7.0 is available now. This is a major release and is recommended for all users. It can be downloaded at:

https://downloads.unidata.ucar.edu/idv/.

New features

2. Latest netCDF-Java 5.9.0 library
3. Java 3D version 1.6.1 library

Jython/ISL Changes:

1. New grid diagnostics for applications including AI/ML
2. ML pre postprocess Document
