It appears the C/N across the network for the SBN has jumped back up to a "normal" level - not sure if related to complaints, or just happened "on its own."

Notice the large increase in the number of duplicate products (the "nProds" value). This was likely due to the increase in the number of retransmissions. That might explain why no WFO reported a problem.
