[NOAAPORT #BGK-918302]: NOAAPort ingest not working

Can you send us your LDM configuration (~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf) and pattern-action
file(s) so we can check for subtle syntax errors?  We need to get the actual
files, not cut and pastes make from listing them.
