[netCDF #BWD-401242]: problems with hdf5

Hello Andres,

I see the following error repeated in `test-suite.log`

./tst_h_rename: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.310: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
FAIL tst_h_rename (exit status: 127)

Before running `make check`, try setting the following environmental variable.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib

This will tell the runtime library where to find `libhdf5` at runtime.
