[netCDF #HJY-608186]: Not being able to figure out thsi error.

Hello,

It appears that you are attempting to install netCDF-Fortran, but it is not 
able to find libnetcdf-c, which it requires.  Can you provide more information 
about your installation process, or perhaps provide the instructions you're 
following? I'm not very familiar with WRF, but I'll be happy to help as best I 
can.
