[netCDF #PED-677017]: libnetcdf.so.4 is needed by netcdf-4.0.1-6.1.i586

Howdy!

I don't know what repository you are getting your packages from, but someone 
there perhaps needs to fix things. I can't address that problem for you.

You can get netCDF and build from source, this also requires HDF5 and zlib.
