[netCDF #KEU-235419]: GeoTiff to netCDF

Yes, here's one:

  http://ojs.klaki.net/geotiff2ncdf/

that was written for some glacier data that may be more generally
useful. 

Alternatively, you could use the more general GDAL package at
www.gdal.org which handles 40 or so formats, including geotiff and
netCDF:  

  http://www.gdal.org/formats_list.html

A "gdal_translate" utility program is available as part of the GDAL
software that converts data between different formats:
