Did you follow intel's instructions for building netCDF? You can find them here:
http://www.intel.com/support/performancetools/sb/CS-027812.htm
If this doesn't help, please send the complete output of configure, make check,
and the config.log file. Including it in the body of the email works better for
us than attachments.
