[netCDF #MBZ-895191]: ncdump

I'm no expert on HDF satellite data, but I believe its HDF-EOS, which is a
a kind of HDF4 data.  There is also an HDF5-EOS, but I think the MODIS and
ASTER data were in HDF-EOS2.x, which is based on HDF4.
