Looks like your system is a bit confused about the locations of your library
files!

Also looks like there is a problem with
/users/lptl/wong/apps/lib/libgfortran.so, probably it is 32-bit, and everything
else is 64-bit.

Use the "file" command on this file to check it.

It's not clear to me why ncgen is including the fortran library though. I
didn't know that it did that.

If you are using the wrong type of file, you need to change your -L options to
allow the linker to find the correct file.
