[netCDF #IID-757285]: problem building netcdf-90 interface with ifort

Unfortunately I have not had much luck working on the ifort/cygwin port.

I am going to close this support issue. If you make any progress on this please
let me know and I will include the fix in the netCDF distribution. Further
discussion of this issue could best take place in the new netcdf-porting
mailing list:

Please check the netCDF daily snapshot page for the ifort/cygwin platform. When
I get it working, it will appear there.
