I am seeing this in your file:
configure:5187: lf95 -c -Tf conftest.f90 >&5
Lahey/Fujitsu Fortran 95 Express Release 7.10.00 S/N: 001573412737720

Compiling program unit main at line 1:

Encountered 0 errors, 0 warnings in file conftest.f90.

Compiling file conftest.f90.

configure:5193: $? = 0
configure: failed program was:
| program main
|
| end
configure:5212: result: unknown
configure:5215: error: Fortran could not compile .f90 files

Can your fotran compile compile this simple program from the command line?

Try and build a fortran program from the command line and run it, and check
that your compiler works.

Thanks,

Ed
