[netCDF #ALM-600097]: netcdf configure.in for linux 64 bit platform

Sorry, I don't know the settings to use for your compilers.

You don't need a new configure.in, you need to figure out what the 
CFLAGS/FFLAGS/CXXFLAGS are to compile on your platform in 64-bit. Then you set 
those flags before calling configure.

If you get a working set of flags, send them to address@hidden and I will post 
them.
