Howdy Sverre,

Can you try the exact commands and settings used here:

http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/netcdf/builds/LINUX_3_6_0_ifort.txt

Note that I have to run the ifortvars.sh script that came with ifort,
or it doesn't work for me.
