I've just checked that these links all work for me, referring to
success with building and installing netCDF version 3.5.1 for OpenVMS:

The patch provided by Jouk Jansen may need to be modified for our
recent 3.6.0 release.  If you have success with it, please let us know
what worked and we'll include an update in our site documentation.
