Russ,

I figured since I did a pretty exhaustive Google and newsgroup search.

Thanks. I also queried inside SGI and an SGI engineer has since
reproduced the problem. He further narrowed it down to the nc_open
tests in nc_test/nc_test.c, but I haven't gotten any more feedback
from him yet. I'll follow up with him later today. If there is
anything new, I'll let you know. Don't want to cause duplication of
efforts.

The SGI engineer also asked for the configuration options on our BDS
server from /etc/config/BDSpro.options since I only gave the client
side options. Those are:

-bdsproto stp -logfile /var/adm/bds.stp.log -loglevel 1 -writebehind 1 -mpin
-buffersize 100663296
-bdsproto tcp -logfile /var/adm/bds.tcp.log -loglevel 1

He also asked what network wire type the cross mounts are on and that
is GigE.

I'll grab it and check it this afternoon.

Thanks for your help in investigating this.
