There will be a Web page, but I can't tell you the URL, since the
project hasn't quite started yet.  We might decide to use SourceForge,
in which case the URL would be something like
"www.sf.net/projects/netcdf4".  I'll let people on the
address@hidden mailing list know when there's anything
to report.
