Yes, as far as we know it's compatible with Linux 6.2.  I don't think
the revisions to the kernel would have any effect on the installation
of netCDF.  I assume you're referring to the current version 3.4
release of netCDF.

By the way, feel free to try the beta test version of netCDF-3.5
available from:

 ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-3.5-beta3.tar.Z

It has a few enhancements and a Fortran90 interface, but it hasn't
gone through rigorous testing on lots of platforms yet.
