If you have jdk1.1.7 or above,
feel free to overwrite the stub-skelton pair.

You can't run a pre 1.1.7 rmic sucessfully on the source as provided.
I provided the stub-skelton pair as an artifact of my development
enviroment, which is a 1.1.6 SGI.
