19980615: Converting netcdf to arcinfo

Scott,
If Arcinfo can't read the format your data is in, you will
have to convert your data into a formatArcinfo can read.

Arcinfo is supposed to be able to import shapefiles.
Complete documentation on the shapefile format is provided in:
http://www.esri.com/base/common/whitepapers/pdfs/shapefile.pdf

From this documentation, you should be able to construct a set of
files that you can import into your application.
