[LDM #LIK-473829]: Goes channel 02 question / pqact config?

An instantaneous strong signal may hide noisy signal issues that cause you to
not receive all the frames being sent. If you have not, you may consider
setting the logging for noaaportIngester to verbose to a separate log file in
your ldmd.conf file call to the specific noaaportIngester instance for GOES
East using "-l /data/tmp/goes-east.log" as an example. Within the log you
would see if there is corresponding missing frames for that channel to coincide
with the missing sectors. If you find you are not missing any frames, then the
next place to look is processing on your local computer . . . you are piping
the data through a stitcher, but you may consider saving off the individual
sectors and then stitching as an affirmation you are receiving them.
