[LDM #ARV-572640]: ldmd.conf issue

Hi Gilbert,

Quick note to catch you up on our dealings with the Novra S300
V2R11 firmware issue:

I was successfully able to downgrade the S300N firmware on the
spare Novra we have attached to desi using the old Solaris v1.9 'cmcs'
at about noon today.  I was also able to get ingest of the new
NOAAport SBN back up and running on desi by creating a new XML file
with appropriate settings and loading it via 'cmcs'.  What you
may not know, is Novra has _not_ updated the version of 'cmcs'
that is available for machines running Solaris, and 3 out of 4
NOAAPort ingest machines we run here in Boulder are running
Solaris 10.

The bad news is that I am still unable to change the LAN settings
on the spare S300N using the old Solaris 'cmcs' utility.  Since
I don't want to drive down to Boulder today, and since ingest is
working, I will be leaving the setup as-is until tomorrow if I
happen to venture down to Boulder or on Monday morning when I will
set the LAN parameters using the latest Novra Windows S300 GUI. 

So, the good news is that the firmware can be downgraded, and
the bad news is that anybody using Solaris platforms will end
up with an S300 IP address in the 192.168.0 subnet.
