20000714: signal 11's on dcshef

Art,

Are the files full?
Usualy the signal 11 occurs when a gemlib write fails.

I've seen some admin messages about new SRUS bulletin being added.

The command "file core" should tell you if the core is from dcshef.

Running "dbx decoders/dcshef core"
Then at the prompt "where". This will tell us what routine the program is
in when the core dump occurs. If the file is full, then it should be in
one of the gemlib/sf routines.
