20000103: dcgrib

Mark, 
are you using the YYYYMMDDHH template for dcgrib
or is this the :/yy pattern from LDM which requires the
pqact.c fix in the LDM distribution?

The pl12 distribution of dcgrib fixed y2k naming in dcgrib
and I can post the binary for you...but if you are getting the
filename from the LDM pqact instead of using the templates in
gempak, then you will have to patch that as per the ldm-users announcement.
