19990708: dcgrib file 1.8G



Tom,

I generally try to shoot for local 00Z which here was 1700 MST.
Other than whats convenient for you, any time is fine.

Here is what is in our log rotation...you may not be using all of them:

0 17 * * * bin/newlog data/gempak/logs/dcstorm.log 2
0 17 * * * bin/newlog data/gempak/logs/dcgrib.log 2
0 17 * * * bin/newlog data/gempak/logs/dchrly.log 2
0 17 * * * bin/newlog data/gempak/logs/dcsynop_sb.log 2
