19990428: DCSHEF

Jason,

COSMIC is not affiliated with Unidata. Dcshef is not part of the Gempak
package that COSMIC distributes. Peggy Bruehl, who no longer works in
any capacity for NWS, wrote dcshef in support of NWS SOOs.
The NWS offices you are working with should have access to dcshef
in their N-AWIPS distribution through the SOO/SAC program, so your
local SOO should be your point of contact.

I do not know of any comprehensive station tables for Shef station IDs,
since there are lots of different types of reporting stations, so
again, your local NWS office would be the best bet if you do not have
those data.
