[CONDUIT #NLP-275663]: SREF upgrade testing

Just for the sake of argument, why not?  The test machine will have been
pulled out of active CONDUIT toplevel service, so whatever is done on
it will not affect the real-time flow of the "real" CONDUIT datastream.

Excellent.  When we get to that point, it would probably be best if

I am heading into work in a few minutes.  Since my commute is 35+ minutes,
