[CONDUIT #WUF-734092]: CONDUIT data feed issues?

Here is the story:

  There was an incident at SSMC3 yesterday that caused the WOC in Silver
  Spring to be powered off completely.  Eventually the system was swapped
  over to the Backup in Boulder.  Between 12-14Z today the WOC in SS was
  brought back up and my assumption is that it had to work through the data.
  As you stated over the phone it looks like it worked trough everything and
  the data volumes have decreased.  Please let us know if any other issues
  arise, and I will check with Justin on Monday if my assumption above is
  correct.

The most recent CONDUIT volumes seem to have returned to normal.  Please
let us know if you do not agree with this assessment.
