[AWIPS #YMC-300773]: AWIPS Problem Report -- Missing Meso1 Data

Version: 20.3.2-2
Specific Menu or Resource: Satellite
Description: Mesoscale floater 1 for goes east is missing some data but the 
rest of the satellite
