[Support #DJO-400043]: EDEX server problem?

Yes, it definitely is not an issue on your end.  We're hopeful the cloud 
provider can resolve
their issues soon, but we have no anticipated timeline from them right now. 
It's already lasted
significantly longer than what we would have hoped for.
