[AWIPS #ZRW-239349]: Products not automatically updating

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Unfortunately, we don't have a 
solution to offer
you at this time, and I think the only way to get the latest radar data is to 
"unload" and 
reload the resource again to refresh it.
