[AWIPS #KLX-173691]: Windows Display Problems

Do you mean the METAR layer loads without any errors, but you don't see any 
data?
If that's the case, load the layer and then change frames using the left and 
right arrow keys.
It could just be that the latest frame doesn't have data just yet.
