[AWIPS #HXF-880196]: RE: [awips2-users] New AWIPS Tips: Measuring Up - Distance Tools in CAVE

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support. Can you provide a few more details for us
please:

-What version of AWIPS are you running?
-What OS are you running AWIPS on?

The GOES Night Plume isn't a derived product, it is an RGB product combining 3
different single channels. These RGB products display on native hardware on
Windows and Linux operating systems, however if you are running a Virtual
Machine or MacOS these products are not able to display because it can't access
the full graphics card.

Thanks,
