[AWIPS #GIO-264742]: Unable to Connect to EDEX Cloud Server

Hmm that is very strange.
Could you do one quick test first.  Could you try and install the Virtual 
Machine option
for CAVE and run it (for whichever

Can you successfully start up CAVE and connect to EDEX within the Virtual 
Machine?
