[AWIPS #ZRL-444362]: AWIPS 18.2.1-6 - EDEX server not updating

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is currently an issue with 
Jetstream2, the cloud provider that hosts our EDEX. We are working to fix the 
issue.

In the mean time, V20 should still be up and running, but you would have to 
install V20 CAVE.
