[AWIPS #FEU-238656]: Unable to post EDEX error.

Hello,

How long ago were you experiencing this? Jetstream2, the cloud server that we 
host our EDEX on had an unexpected outage overnight and we just got our EDEX 
system back up an running not too long ago.

If you could close CAVE, remove caveData and try connecting again it should 
work. Let us know if you continue to experience issues.
