We have simplified our toolbar so that it is more convenient for a variety of 
screen sizes 
(since many of our users may be using laptops that don't have large screens).  
However, we 
can put it on our list of things to look into, to allow the toolbar to be 
customized, so you
could add back many of those tool shortcuts.
