[AWIPS #HNE-751406]: AWIPS: Unable to Post to EDEX

Which version of CAVE are you trying to run (v18 or v20)?  I was able to 
connect to both of our
servers this morning.  If you clear caveData 
(http://unidata.github.io/awips2/appendix/common-problems/#windows)
and restart CAVE, do you still see the problem?

If so, can you expand the details section and copy the entire output and send 
us that?
If it's still persisting, it's likely being caused by some kind of firewall on 
your side.
