[AWIPS #JEE-775274]: Loading on MacOS v20

Hi Matt,

Some good news!  You can disregard my previous email (if you haven't done those 
steps already).
We just finished repackaging our Mac installer and will have a new release of 
CAVE this week
that does not require any additional software downloads (python or python 
packages) and does 
not interfere or change your existing environment.
So, if you wait until Wednesday for our 20.3.2-0.3 release of the beta, then 
you won't have
to do anything except download and install CAVE.
