[AWIPS #BNB-479980]: AWIPS 20 Crashing

For this, are you talking about saved libraries (etc) from a different install 
of v20,
or are you meaning libraries you had from a current install of v18?

One thing that *may* transfer are procedures that are saved locally.  I haven't 
tested
it, but you may be able to load a procedure saved from v18, but you may not.
